And all of these within walking distance to the beach, Atlas, Finns and the trendy cafés and restos of Berawa.
More specifically, this Karang + Marton + Tamantis 15 bedroom listing is comprised of 3 identical and interconnected 3 bedroom villas (Tamantis villas), another luxury 3 bedroom villa (villa Marton) next door and yet another 3 bedroom villa (villa Karang) 100 metres away. Altogether there are 15 king size bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. We can convert the 6 king size bedrooms into twin rooms (2 single beds in each room).
Tamantis villas boast private pools, pool tables, outdoor dining areas, living rooms and kitchenettes (1 per villa). Each villa has 3 identical king size beds. These all have en-suite bathrooms, with the master bedroom slightly bigger. They all have aircon, mosquito net, safety box and separate dressing space plus an open air bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower. One bedroom per villa can converted into a twin bedroom.

There are 3 bedroom suites. Each has king size beds, AC, ceiling fan, side tables, reading lamps, spacious closets, deposit boxes, black out curtains, timber venetians and mosquito screens. Each bedroom has an en-suite luxury bathroom. These have freestanding bathtubs, showers and twin vanities. 2 out of the 3 king size bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms.
Karang 3 bedroom villa is located 100 metres away and has nothing to envy from the other villas. The neighbourhood:
You are in the centre of the action. Try to take full advantage of it. Regardless of preferences or group composition – family or friends, singles or couples – there is something to fit every taste.
Brunch choices are endless. Try the Milu by Nook Eggs Benedict or take advantage of the 50K IDR breakfast offered all day at Lusa by Suka. Hungry Bird does great coffee and has value for money breakfast. Nude is a must from breakfast to dinner. We do recommend the poke bowl even for brunch.
You will definitely not run out of choices when it comes to lunch or dinner. If you are a fan of Japanese sushi, value for money Sushimi and Tygr are a go to or you can try the more prestigious Indigo. Milk n Madu does great pizzas – do take advantage of the daily offers – and combines it great with live music. For pizza also try the Italian: La Baracca and Bottega Italiana. Lola’s Cantina Mexicana does some cool tacos and cocktails combo offers – do try the margaritas. For a more upmarket experience head over to Riviera Bistro, Miss Fish and Kong. Miss Fish and Riviera also know how to throw a good party. Other party options include Morabito by the beach – that often has DJ events – and of course Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Fest.
For families, we do recommend the playground at Tamora Gallery, Made’s Warung and Parklife. There is always Bounce and Splash at Finns. Now, if you are willing to go a bit further, try Mookiland bounce area in Kerobokan. For younger kids, there are a lot of kids’ clubs including Cubby House Kids Club as well as Made’s Warung and Parklife’s kids’ clubs. Some kindergartens such as The Garden also offer drop in options.
Getting around:
We can provide a 14seater Hiace mini bus with driver for $85 USD = 1.200.000 IDR for 8 hours or $55 US = 800.000 IDR for 5 hours. Alternatively, the staff can help rent a motorbike. Prices range from $5.5 USD = 80.000 IDR for a standard Vario to $18 US = 250.000 IDR for the more premium Nmax.

We were a part of a group of 30 and could not have been more happy to find this place as we were
starting to get desperate. Finding a listing that can host so many people is not an easy task believe
me! Ani and Ayu would ask us every morning if we needed anything. It wasn’t even just them, all of
the villa staff (my apologies, we’ve forgotten their names) were super attentive and professional.
On-site managers Agung and Agus were very helpful with recommendations of where to go eat or
party or go for a massage. Definitely worth staying at these villas.
Loved, loved, loved it. We came here – a big group of friends – mainly boys and absolutely loved the
villas. I want to say a big thank you to the staff for tolerating us, for always coming with a smile and
for always helping us and answering our 100 questions. One or two times there was a problem with
ACs in 3 rooms but it was something that was easily fixed. Apart from that, everything else was
amazing! Ah and definitely book a tour with Bali Comfy Trips – they have buses that are convenient
for big groups. Lusda the one driver is a very funny guy that definitely knows his shit.
Our sejour at the villas was amazing. I do not know from where to start so I will start by saying thank
you to all of the team both at the villas and at Bali Comfy Villas prior to the trip. We ordered in-
house massages almost every day, which I highly recommend though there is a spa nearby. We split
in groups in each villa at the pool area a bit in the morning for our morning cafes and then met
altogethere at the beach. We spend some time at the TV rooms in Marton and Karang. The men in
the group loved the multiple pool table areas – there were few matches organised at night before
going out.
Villas, staff and location blew away our expectations. Perfect place to be located – in the center of
the action. Walking distance to everywhere in Berawa and to the beach. Ani, Agung, Ayu, Agus and
all the other staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. We had few
problems with hot water in one of the Tamantis villas which was very quickly fixed by Agus. We
would also like to say a very big thank you to Anna from Bali Comfy Villas who was so patient with all
our crazy demands before arriving in Bali and who made sure everything was arranged and executed
on time. We are definitely coming back again!
In the beginning we thought that this was a bit of a weird listing. We got confused with the amount
of villas it had BUT from the minute we set food to the villas, we absolute loved everything. First of
all, very important all villas are close together – 3 are connected – so this made things easier. We
were 32 people so could have our privacy and chill in the pool areas of each villa and when we
wanted we could all gather in one villa to socialise. We would normally gather in villa Marton that
had more seating areas. Plenty of options also to party in Berawa from the beach clubs to Vault to
smaller bars. Loved it!
