If that’s not enough to keep you in a life of luxury at the villa, you are just two minutes away from Seminyak beach and from the restaurants and night life of Eat Street.

Anam 10 bedroom villa is the perfect place to get a big group together in style, and you don’t need to lift a finger unless you want to. After you’ve enjoyed the breakfast that’s prepared for you, spend the day lying around one of the two ultra large pools – or under the gazebo if you want some shade – and take a break every now and again for a massage or a mani pedi, maybe a glass of wine from the underground wine cellar, or a barbecue prepared for you by our chef, before winding down with some sunset yoga on the rooftop lounge area with its stereo and speaker installation – 8-10 people can fit here, and enjoy the views of the sunset afterwards. Feeling more energetic? Try out our fully equipped gym that overlooks the pool area, or head out to Seminyak for a day at the beach or the shops.

Take your pick – your own chef, home cinema, or a night on the town

In the evening, our home cinema room is perfect for you all to curl up and watch movies or Netflix, or try a game of pool or cards in one of the living room pavilions. You have an in-house chef (extra cost for lunch or dinner) who can whip you up a delicious meal if you’re feeling lazy and you can enjoy eating it together in our 24seater wooden dining area.  Or maybe you’d prefer to take a short stroll to Eat Street with its many and varied bars and restaurants.

This spacious villa, set in grounds of 1.400 sqm, is ideal for a big group that would like a mix of fun together time, and some private space away from the crowd. There’s plenty of room for everyone to hang out together around the pool or dining table, and also plenty of room for you to find your own quiet corner just for you or your gang – don’t forget that all the bedrooms come with smart TV and Netflix.

Discounts:

We offer: a) 20% last minute discount if you book 30 days or less prior to check in b) 10% long stay discount for a stay of 7 nights or more c) 10% early bird discount if you book 4 months or more in advance.

Discounts are not valid during peak season: 20 December – 8 January

Villa capacity:

The villa can fit up to 25 people. For more than 20 people, we will add an extra bed at 50 USD per person per night. We also have 5 extra sofa beds at 35 USD per sofa per night that can be converted into kids’ beds.

7/8/9 Bedroom options:

If you only need 7 or 8 or 9 bedrooms, this is possible at a cheaper price. We will just lock 1 to 3 bedrooms, and the villa will remain private.

Dining:

The villa has two 10seater wooden dining tables in the two living room pavilions. If, however, you wish to eat together, we can combine the two dining tables and have a 20pax dining area. Maximum capacity including extra seating is 24 pax.

Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course. The villa can also host weddings.

Additional charges for an event include: 1 night rate event fee, banjar (local police) fee $135 USD plus $1.500 USD security deposit fully refundable provided there are no damages.

Curfew:

As Seminyak is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 10pm.
