Bali Comfy Villas acts as an agent for the property owner of all accommodation in Bali featured on our website. Your booking is with Bali Comfy Villas. This contract incorporates all the conditions below.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 40 days before arrival.
Rates include water, gas, electricity, housekeeping, and pool maintenance. Check the 'Price Includes' section for details.
Each villa has a different cancellation policy included in the ‘House Rules’ section of each listing.
"Regardless of the policy, in case of health issues, natural disasters, or flight cancellations, we will discuss options with you to find the best solution, either an alternative date or a full 100% refund."
The person booking is responsible for the appropriate behaviour of all guests. Should any member not behave in such a manner, our local representative may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest to vacate the Villa forthwith.
Please treat all fixtures and fittings with respect. Any breakages should be reported immediately. Missing items will be considered as theft. If behaviour is found unacceptable, owners have the right to terminate the rental immediately without refund.
Guests will be asked for passports/ID for registration. No additional guests or camping (tents, camper vans) are allowed without prior agreement. Owners reserve the right to turn away unexpected guests.
Guests are required to take due care, especially children near pools, gardens, or the sea. Reminder: Do not enter the Villa wet, as floors can be slippery.
Valuables are left at your own risk unless placed in the Villa's deposit boxes. If used, it is the Villa's responsibility to ensure security.
All passports, visas, and health certificates are the client's responsibility. We accept no responsibility for delays due to irregular documents.
Bali Comfy Villas shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your stay. We act in good faith and recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all guests.
Personal details are only used to complete your booking. We undertake to keep all personal details strictly confidential.
Issues should first be reported to the Villa Manager. If not resolved, contact Bali Comfy Villas. Once a settlement is accepted, the case cannot be re-opened.
