Designed for big groups, Tangram & Abakoi 10 bedroom villa span 1,400 sqm and sleep up to 26 guests in comfort. The combined space features two long swimming pools, relaxed open-air living areas with dining zones, lounges and western-style bars. Plus there’s a full villa team available day and night to meet your every wish. Around the pools, landscaped gardens, sun loungers and traditional Balinese gazebos create the perfect setting for slow days, poolside catch-ups or an in-villa massage.

Tangram & Abakoi 10 bedroom villa combine two neighbouring five-bedroom properties into one generous retreat. This gives large groups the space to stay together without feeling on top of each other. The layout encourages shared time while still allowing privacy. It’s a strong option for friends travelling together, celebrations, or long group stays in Seminyak.

The villas are built for easy days and long nights. Open living areas with high ceilings set the scene for group meals and late drinks. Two 16-metre pools become the natural gathering points from morning through to evening. With a dedicated villa team handling the details, all that’s left to do is enjoy the space, the company, and the relaxed pace of the stay.

Group time made easy, personal space built in

Big groups call for long meals and loud conversations, and there’s plenty of space to make it work. Thanks to the villa’s spacious design, an extra table can be set up in one dining area to seat up to 26 guests, keeping everyone together for shared feasts, celebrations and late-night chats. There’s no need to split the group across the two villas.

Step outside and Seminyak opens up fast. Beach days stretch easily from morning sun to sunset drinks, with oceanfront bars setting the soundtrack as the day winds down. Food is never far away, whether it’s a long lunch at Potato Head or Ku De Ta, or something simple at a nearby local spot. When the evening kicks off, places like Motel Mexicola, La Favela and Mirror Lounge keep the energy up long after dark.

We offer: a) 20% last minute discount if you book 30 days or less prior to check in b) 10% long stay discount for a stay of 7 nights or more c) 10% early bird discount if you book 4 months or more in advance.

Villas’ capacity:

The villas can fit up to 26 people.

Dining:

The villas have two 8seater wooden dining tables in the two living room pavilions. If, however, you wish to eat together, we can combine the two dining tables and have a 24pax dining area.

Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course. The villa can also host weddings.

Additional charges for an event include: 1 night rate event fee, banjar (local police) fee $135 USD plus $1.500 USD security deposit fully refundable provided there are no damages.

Curfew:

As Seminyak is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 10pm.

Kick the day off with some great fresh brewed coffee at hidden gem Revolver Espresso, and then take your choice of breakfasts: Revolver does a fantastic eggs benedict, or if vegan is more your style, head over to Kynd for an insta-friendly plant based option. Both are just minutes from your villa in the buzzing heart of Seminyak, Eat Street.

In the mood for some shopping? You’ll likely be spending some time on the beach later so maybe pick up some cool beach wear from Sunday’s Resortwear, one of our favourites for brightly coloured style at wallet friendly prices, or Uma and Leopold. The market in Seminyak Square is always a good option too if you’re looking for a bargain.

You could be forgiven for thinking Seminyak is all about eating, drinking, shopping and beaches but you’d be wrong – indulge your cultural side with a trip to Nyaman art gallery which showcases contemporary local artists, or pay a visit to cultural and historical treasure, Pura Petitenget Temple, hidden away behind all the designer boutiques.

Hungry for lunch? Maybe try some local cuisine: we love Warung Nia for their amazing pork ribs and satay. Or head to Sisterfields, the coolest spot in town – but be prepared to queue! Try their avocado toast or one of their delicious pastries.

A day out in Seminyak is not complete until you’ve been to Double Six Beach, with its beautiful white sands backed by a great selection of bars and restaurants. Daytimes here are typically relaxing and peaceful. Rent a sun lounger, get a massage, or maybe even try your hand at surfing or horse riding along the beach. This is also the place to be at sunset: head to La Plancha beach bar, find yourself a beanbag, grab a cocktail and soak it all in. If you want to party, try beach club Ku De Ta with its ocean side glamour and world class DJs, or La Favela, whose weekend parties are the best in town. Motel Mexicola, a lively restaurant-slash-night club is also worth a shot with its retro 60s styling and bright colours.

If you’d rather treat yourself to a high end dinner than a night dancing, give Chandi’s 10 course tasting menu a go, or make a reservation at Mejekawi, located at Ku de Ta, for an elevated take on classic local dishes.

Getting around:

We can provide a 14seater Hiace mini bus with driver for $85 USD = 1.200.000 IDR for 8 hours or $55 US = 800.000 IDR for 5 hours. Alternatively, the staff can help rent a motorbike. Prices range from $5.5 USD = 80.000 IDR for a standard Vario to $18 US = 250.000 IDR for the more premium Nmax.
