Tucked into a peaceful pocket of Umalas, Sejarah 4 bedroom villa is made for friends or families planning a longer chapter in Bali. So, this villa is ideally suited to staying for a month or more. It’s close enough to the energy of Canggu and Seminyak to catch the buzz whenever you like while keeping a quieter residential setting for you to return to.
Spacious and easy to live in, the villa hosts up to 8 guests without feeling crowded. Groups who want to share meals, routines and evenings together and still have the privacy of their own bedroom suites will be happy here.
Poolside living, all day
At the centre of the villa sits the private swimming pool, framed by sun loungers and a shaded BBQ area. Mornings begin with coffee by the water. Then, afternoons stretch between sun and shade. And in the evenings, everyone gathers around casual dinners at home.
Sliding doors open directly from the living area to the pool. This keeps the entire space open, bright and connected.
Space that works for real life
Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is fully air-conditioned. It’s designed for time spent together. An 8-seat dining table anchors the space for shared meals, remote work sessions or takeaway nights in. The lounge area with Smart TV and Netflix keeps evenings relaxed, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for proper home cooking.
There’s room to unpack, settle in and create a rhythm that feels like living in Bali — not just passing through.
Four private bedroom suites
Each of the four bedrooms is designed as a private retreat. Three feature king-size beds, while the fourth offers twin beds — perfect for friends sharing.
The master bedroom is more spacious, offering extra room to relax and recharge. All bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, built-in wardrobes and dedicated desk space, making remote work and extended stays comfortable and functional.
Umalas, without the noise
Within five minutes, you’ll find favourites like Nüde Café, 7AM Bakers, The Meat Emporium, Pasta Dealer, La Casetta, Pizza Fabrica and Dua Umalas. This is ideal for easy mornings and casual dinners close to home. Infinitus Gym and 71 Gym are also nearby for keeping up routines.
When the beach calls, Berawa Beach is just a short drive away, with Finns and Atlas Beach Club ready for sunset sessions. Seminyak’s dining scene and Canggu’s social buzz are equally accessible — but at the end of the day, you return to a quieter, more liveable neighbourhood.

We stayed for a month and overall had a really good experience, big shared spaces, private bedrooms, and enough room that everyone had their own space when needed. The location was also ideal for us, close to cafes and gyms but quieter than staying right in Canggu. There was one day when it rained heavily and housekeeping didn’t come at the usual time. We weren’t sure what happened at first, but they arrived later in the afternoon around 2pm and apologised for the delay due to the weather. It wasn’t a big issue in the end and everything else during the month ran smoothly. We’d happily stay again.
Booked this villa for a monthly stay while working remotely and it ticked all the boxes. The wifi was reliable, and both the living room and bedrooms were comfortable spots to set up and get work done. After work, we’d grab coffee nearby or head out to some cool spots around Canggu and Seminyak. By the end of the stay, it felt more like our place than a holiday rental.
One of the things we loved most was how practical everything felt. The convenience store is just around the corner, so we were constantly popping out for drinks or bits we forgot. For a longer stay, that makes life so much easier! It’s a really solid setup for us.
