This villa complex combines the 7 bedroom villa Cassia with the 5 bedroom villa Lotus. This gives you 12 bedrooms in total to host all your guests. This is a beautiful, modern, chilled space. Each villa boasts open plan living and dining overlooking a large 12 m private pool. Both pools feature a sunken pool bar, with staff to serve you as you please. Two ultra modern kitchens for guest use (there are additional kitchens for staff use) round off the floorplan.

At villa Cassia, an entertainment room downstairs (extra cost) makes this a stand-out choice of accommodation. This is a sound proofed space with a full sound system, DJ equipment and disco lights. It also has a private bar, a home cinema, and a smart flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels. Villa Cassia also has a TV room with home cinema and karaoke equipment. Villa Lotus has a roof terrace that features a second outdoor living room with pool view. With staff on hand to serve drinks and prepare food, this makes for an unforgettable location for a special event.

That’s not all! This villa complex is also ideally located in the heart of Berawa. That means restaurants, bars,  beach and even Finns Beach Club are within easy reach. You can stroll out for a pre-party aperitif, or take your guests for a morning after brunch (you needn’t worry about breakfast, staff are on hand to cook this for you, and it’s included in the price).

And we wouldn’t forget your comfort. Across the two villas, there are 9 king size suites, and 3 twin rooms, so it’s easy to accommodate everyone. The master and junior suites feature private living rooms, separate dressing areas and gorgeous stone bathtubs. Plus, all rooms have flat screen smart TVs, AC, deposit boxes, dressing rooms and ensuite bathrooms.

The villas can fit up to 28 people. For more than 24 people, we will add an extra bed per person per room.

Cassia 7 bedroom – Entertainment room downstairs:

The entertainment room downstairs has sound proofing, private bar, smart flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels, a home cinema and sound system. There is also DJ equipment that can be rented at 1.5mn IDR.

Max capacity is 20 people.

9/10/11 bedroom options:

If you only need 9 or 10 or 11 bedrooms, this is possible at a cheaper price. We will just lock 1 or 3 bedrooms, while the villas will remain private.

Cassia 7 bedroom – Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course.

Additional charges for an event include the following: an event fee of $250–$450 USD (depending on the size of the wedding), an $180 USD banjar (local police) fee to obtain permission, and a $1,000 USD security deposit, which is fully refundable provided there are no damages.

If you are planning to hold an event with loud music, banjar fee (local police) needs to be paid in order to get permission. This is valid irrelevant of time.

Curfew:

As Canggu is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 11pm.
