The setup is just as generous as the location. Two 6-bedroom villas are linked by a sliding door, creating one spacious 12 bedroom retreat made for groups. You’ll have two 12 × 4 metre private pools—each with its own sunken bar. There’s also two fully equipped guest kitchens, and two large open-air dining areas by the pool, each seating up to 12. And if cooking feels like too much effort? Simply let the chef take over from their dedicated kitchen and prepare whatever you’re craving, whenever you want it.

Entertainment room that keeps everyone together

What really sets this villa apart is its entertainment setup. Both villas feature their own soundproof entertainment rooms. Each is fitted with a private bar, smart flat-screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels, home cinema, and a full sound system. There’s also a karaoke room in each villa. This can double as an extra indoor living space when the group wants to slow things down. And for those who want to take the night up a notch, Cassia’s entertainment area can be upgraded with DJ equipment, disco lights, and even a live DJ on request.

When the night finally winds down, there’s plenty of space to rest. The property offers 12 bedrooms in total. This includes eight king-size suites—four of which are master and junior suites featuring super-king beds (200×200cm). The remaining four rooms are twin bedrooms, perfect for sharing. The master and junior suites also come with private living areas, walk-in dressing rooms, and striking stone bathtubs. No matter which room you choose, comfort is guaranteed, with smart flat-screen TVs offering Netflix and satellite channels, air-conditioning, safety boxes, dressing areas, and en-suite bathrooms with showers throughout.

The entertainment rooms downstairs have sound proofing, private bar, smart flat screen TVs with Netflix and satellite channels, a sound system and home cinema. There is also DJ equipment that can be rented at 1.5mn IDR.

Additional charges for an event include the following: an event fee of $250–$450 USD (depending on the size of the wedding), an $180 USD banjar (local police) fee to obtain permission, and a $1,000 USD security deposit, which is fully refundable provided there are no damages.

If you are planning to hold an event with loud music, you need to pay banjar fee (local police)  in order to get permission. This is valid irrelevant of time.

Curfew:

As Canggu is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 11pm.
