The location makes everything easy. Morning coffee runs, lazy beach walks, long lunches, and sunset drinks all happen naturally when you’re right in the heart of Berawa. Whether you’re heading out or staying in, the day tends to unfold without much planning. And that’s exactly the point.

The villas themselves are just as generous as their setting. Two 5-bedroom villas are connected by a sliding door to form one spacious 10-bedroom retreat designed for groups. You’ll have two 12 × 4 metre private pools, each with a sunken bar, two fully equipped guest kitchens, and two large open-air dining areas by the pool, each seating up to 12. And when cooking yourself doesn’t appeal, the chef is ready  to prepare whatever you’re in the mood for in their own on site kitchen, whenever you feel like it.

The standout feature of this villa is its built-in entertainment experience. Each villa comes with its own fully soundproofed entertainment room, complete with a private bar, large smart TV with Netflix and satellite channels, home cinema, and a high-quality sound system. Each villa also includes a dedicated karaoke room, which easily doubles as an extra indoor lounge when the group wants a more relaxed setup. For nights that call for something bigger, Cassia’s entertainment space can be taken further with optional DJ equipment, disco lighting, and even a live DJ available on request.

When it’s time to call it a night, the villa offers plenty of room to recharge. There are 10 bedrooms in total, including six king-bed suites—four of which are spacious master and junior suites fitted with super-king beds (200×200cm). The remaining four bedrooms are twin rooms, ideal for sharing. The master and junior suites also feature private lounge areas, walk-in dressing rooms, and impressive stone bathtubs. Across the entire villa, every bedroom is equipped with smart TVs with Netflix and satellite channels, air-conditioning, safety deposit boxes, dressing areas, and private en-suite bathrooms with showers, ensuring a comfortable stay no matter where you sleep.

Villas’ capacity:

The villas can fit up to 20 people.

Entertainment rooms downstairs:

The entertainment rooms downstairs have sound proofing, private bar, smart flat screen TVs with Netflix and satellite channels, a sound system and home cinema. There is also DJ equipment that can be rented at 1.5mn IDR.

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course.

Additional charges for an event include the following: an event fee of $250–$450 USD (depending on the size of the wedding), a $180 USD banjar (local police) fee to obtain permission, and a $1,000 USD security deposit, which is fully refundable provided there are no damages.

If you are planning to hold an event with loud music, you need to pay banjar fee (local police)  in order to get permission. This is valid irrelevant of time.

Curfew:

As Canggu is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 11pm.
