Made up of five traditional Joglo-style villas, this spacious property combines ocean views, open-air living, and total privacy. It’s perfect for guests looking to escape the crowds and slow things right down. With room for up to 23 guests, it’s an ideal choice for large families, group retreats, or friends travelling together.
Five Joglos, Plenty of Space for Everyone
Beachfront 8 bedroom villa Pemuteran consists of five joglos housing a total of 8 king-size bedrooms. Its thoughtful arrangement balances shared spaces with privacy. Each joglo features its own living area and private balcony with seating, giving everyone a place to unwind.
The layout includes:
- One 3-bedroom villa with generous indoor living space and a large balcony
- One 2-bedroom villa, ideal for families or friends
- Three 1-bedroom joglos, perfect for couples or solo guests
If you need them, we can add extra single beds. This allows the estate to comfortably accommodate larger groups of up to 23 guests.
Life by the Pool & Private Beach
Days here revolve around the outdoors. The private swimming pool sits just steps from the beach. This makes it easy to switch between pool dips and ocean swims throughout the day. Stretch out on sun loungers, wander barefoot along the sand, or enjoy the calm sea. Pemuteran’s sheltered bay is ideal for relaxed swimming.
Plus there’s also a second shaded lounge area overlooking the pool and beach, perfect for reading, napping, or enjoying sunset drinks as the sky changes colour.

At the heart of the estate is a joglo-style open dining pavilion overlooking the pool and ocean. This is where everyone naturally comes together for long breakfasts, casual lunches, and relaxed dinners by the sea.
We include a daily breakfast for you, and with on-site staff taking care of housekeeping and day-to-day needs, all you need to do is relax. Lunch, dinner, and additional services can be arranged at extra cost.

Pemuteran is known for its laid-back village atmosphere, minimal traffic, and beautiful natural surroundings. The area is famous for snorkeling and diving, with easy access to the BioRock coral reefs and day trips to Menjangan Island in West Bali National Park.

I stayed here with family and really enjoyed our time. The villa is very peaceful and right by the beach, which makes the stay feel special. I come from Thailand, which also has beautiful islands, but this place felt like a completely different world to me. It is a hidden gem. We spent our days relaxing by the pool and walking along the beach. This is a place I would love to come back to again and thank you Bali Comfy Villas team for recommending this villa to me!
The drive to the villa was long and we were quite tired when we arrived, not really knowing what to expect. But the moment we stepped in, we were blown away. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos, with stunning beach views and direct access to a private beach. Being surrounded by nature instantly made us relax. We loved moving between the pool and the beach and gathering together in the open dining area every day. It truly felt like our own private beach retreat, and we’re very glad we chose this place.
We came here as a family retreat and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place! We loved the Joglo layout the most, with private villas spread across a spacious garden, giving everyone their own space while still feeling connected. The views are breathtaking, with mountains behind us and the ocean right in front. The area is very calm and far from the crowds, which made it feel like a true getaway. We would absolutely come back.
