Set across a 5,000m² estate, it brings together 5 connected villas with 14 bedrooms, 5 large multi-level pools (with shallow areas for kids and in-water seating), expansive grass gardens, and multiple indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces. With BBQ setups, full staff, and the capacity to host group dinners and events, it’s a setup that works effortlessly for extended families, retreats, and celebrations.
Five villas, one connected estate
This extensive private complex combines one 4-bedroom villa, two 3-bedroom villas, and two 2-bedroom villas. And to make things as convenient as possible, they’re all connected via internal doors. You get the privacy of separate spaces with the ease of moving freely between them, making it ideal for multi-generational families or large groups travelling together.
Pools, gardens and space to spread out
Five villas, five large pools, and wide grass gardens across the estate. The bigger villas feature multi-level pools with shallow sections. The 4-bedroom villa sits on a 1,600m² plot with the largest pool, plus a pool table and step machine. All villas include indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, along with modern kitchens with Nespresso machines—perfect for both group time and space to spread out.
Made for group dining and events
This is a setup that goes beyond standard villa stays. The main 4-bedroom villa can host up to 40 guests standing or 24 seated. This makes it suitable for group dinners, celebrations, or private events. With two BBQ areas, fully equipped kitchens with Nespresso machines, and the option to bring in a private chef, organising meals for large groups is straightforward.
Fully staffed, flexible & group-ready
All bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms—some with bathtubs, double sinks, and walk-in closets. Plus there’s smart TVs, workspace, and safety boxes. Flexible setups means that twin rooms can convert to doubles, making it easy for any group mix. Daily staff, breakfast, housekeeping, and night security are all included, along with extras like baby cots and additional beds. Very impressive property. The scale is large but still feels comfortable and easy to manage. Multiple pools and living areas meant everyone had space to relax. Great for big families.

This place is unreal for big groups. Having multiple villas connected together made it so easy for everyone to stay close but still have their own space. The pools and gardens were a huge highlight.
We hosted a family gathering here and it worked perfectly. Plenty of room for everyone, great dining setups, and the staff made everything feel very smooth and well organised.
